Group Leader Information

There are several activities and services that are available to groups (15 or more people). Below are a list of those services. The following is a link to a page describing additional Group-Only Activities. With any group outing, planning is essential for a successful trip. We have included some Sample Group Itineraries to get you started in planning your group's trip.

Group Leader Packet

We have worked with many groups over the years and understand the difficulties involved in organizing a group (there are times when herding cats would be an simpler task!). To make things easier, we now have a downloadable Group Leader Packet. In addition, you may also need the download the appropriate release forms depending on which activities you are doing with us. If you are meeting at our of the remote locations (BSF rafting and canoe trips or Russell Fork rafting trip), here are our downloadable maps.

No one likes to think about bad things happening on a trip, but as group leader, you need to be prepared. Here is the Emergency Contact Information page for this area. We also highly recommend that all youth leaders read this webpage on what drowning looks like. It probably isn't what you think!
