Catering

We'll do the grocery shopping, cooking, and clean-up, so that you can enjoy the trip too! Yes, we do have a snack bar on-site, but we can also provide breakfast, lunch or dinner just for your group (minimum of 15 people). Notification must be given at least 2 weeks in advance. Options and pricing (not including tax/gratuity) are as follows:

Breakfast

Hot Breakfast - Start your day off right! This hearty breakfast will fuel your group for the day's activities ahead. Served buffet style on our canoe-shaped buffet table on the White Dog porch. Hash browns, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, biscuits, cheese, milk, orange juice, coffee. $10/person.

Cold breakfast - For when you need to get out quickly. This breakfast can be brought down to you at the Camp-Inns or served up on the White Dog porch. Bagels with butter and cream cheese, fruit and cheese danishes, cereal, yogurt, bananas, oranges, milk, orange juice, coffee. $7/person.

Lunches

Boxed Lunches - Take lunch along with you whereever you are going! Hearty sub sandwiches with chips, drink, and cookies for dessert. Sub sandwiches have option of ham, turkey, bologna, or salami; American and pepper cheese; pickles, lettuce, tomatoes, banana peppers; mayonnaise, river sauce, ketchup or mustard. Sandwiches can be made to order if order is given the evening before. $7/person.

Cook-out - How about a Hamburger/Hotdog cookout for your group on our property? Hamburgers and hotdogs fresh off the grill with all the fixings, potato wedges, soft drinks, and ice cream for dessert. There is plenty of run-around room, so feel free to bring frisbees, softballs. Let us know if you have vegetarians in your group. We can accommodate them as well. Also available as an evening cook-out. $10/person

Dinners (a.k.a. Suppers)

Hot dinner - Too much fast food on the trip? This is the perfect antidote! Roast beef in gravy, chicken parmesan, mashed potatoes, vegetables au gratin, salad, rolls, choice of either brownies or fruit cobbler (either served with ice cream) for dessert. Soft drinks are included. Mmmm, comfort food at its best! Served buffet style in our canoe-shaped buffet table on the White Dog porch. $16/person.
