Photo Contest

How do I enter?
All photos submitted to the Gallery are eligible to win.

How do I win?
If we use your photo in an advertisement, you will be a winner!

What do I win?
For each winning photo, you will win a free trip of what ever activity is in the photo. So.... if your photo of the Big South Fork Gorge Rafting trip is chosen, you will win a free Big South Fork Gorge Rafting trip.

Contest Rules (aka - the fine print):

1. You must register with the Gallery to submit photos.
2. All photos submitted to the Gallery are eligible to win
3. If we think your photo will work well for an ad, we'll contact you for the following:
   • High resolution copy of the photo.
   • Contact information.
   • Model releases from all people in photo that are recognizable.
   • Photographer release from the photographer.
4. If we like your photo, but you don't want us to use the photo, there is no obligation on your part to allow us to use the photo. However, you can not win the prize if we don't use the photo.
5. When we run the ad, we'll give you credit for taking the photo whenever possible (Photo Courtesy Your Name Here)
6. The prize is only valid for the first time we use your photo. If we use your photo more than once, you do not get additional free trips, but we will continue to give you credit where possible.
7. The prize will be presented to you in the form of a gift certificate valid for the winning trip.
8. The gift certificate will have an expiration date of 1 year from the date of issue.
9. The gift certificate is transferable. You may pass the certificate on to whomever you like. You will need to let us know who the new recipient of the the certificate is.
10. You must hand in the gift certificate when making the reservation.
11. To redeem the prize, you must meet all the restrictions of any participant of that trip (age, weight, etc).
12. There is no prescribed time-limit on when the contest ends. If you submit a photo today and 2 years from now we discover that your photo would work great in an ad, we'll contact you.
13. Occasionally, a third-party (ie - magazine or newspaper) will contact us for photos for their articles. We will be happy to pass your name and photo on to the magazine, but the article is not an ad and will not qualify for a prize.
14. Before passing on your name to a third-party regarding your submitted photo, we will contact you and get your permission to do so. What happens from that point on is between you and the third-party.
15. That should cover it all - at least all that we could think of. If you think we forgot something or have any question about the contest, email us.
