Group Leader Information
There are several activities and services that are available to groups (15 or more people). Below are a list of those services. The following is a link to a page describing additional Group-Only Activities. With any group outing, planning is essential for a successful trip. We have included some Sample Group Itineraries to get you started in planning your group's trip.
Special Group Services
- 10% discount on river trips for groups of 15 or more
Excluding:
- Saturdays from June 1 to Aug 31
- Sundays of Memorial Day and Labor Day weekends
- Ample bus parking
- BYOB dinner cruise after raft trip (21 years and older)
- Catered Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner or Cook-outs (Box lunches available)
- Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner cruises
- Canoe and kayak instruction
- Tubing trips on the Big South Fork

This page is intended as a useful resource for those organizing a group. We have worked with many groups over the years and understand the difficulties involved in organizing a group (there are times when herding cats would be an simpler task!).
By going through these 5 simple steps, you will be able to print out your own Group Leader Packet. Since each group's activities and situations are different, it is difficult for us to have a standard group leader packet that accommodates every group's particular situation. Each of these steps will lead you to information in this web-site that you can use to organize your trip.
