Eddy Rental Space
30 days or more before reservation date: Full refund minus a 10% processing fee.
One week or more before reservation date: 50% non-refundable deposit. If the reservation is paid in full, the full payment can be applied toward another reservation within one year of the original reservation date, or refund the balance.
Less than one week before the reservation date: All payments are non-refundable.
Damage and Clean-up Deposit Fees: Additional fees may be charged in the event of damage to property, spaces requiring excessive cleaning or not checking out on time without making prior arrangements. Egregious violation of campground rules may result in you being asked to leave the premises without a refund.
