The EddyThe Eddy is our brand new multi-purpose space located on the second floor of our WASH building bathhouse. This space features a full kitchen with serving area, two restrooms, tables and chairs, and a TV for streaming. Balcony access offers a beautiful overlook of the campground. Kitchen is furnished with all basic utensils, pots and pans.
Daily Rentals: Rental with kitchen - $280/day plus tax Rental without kitchen - $200/day plus tax **All day rentals run from 8 am to 8 pm. Hourly Rentals: Rental with kitchen - $35/hour plus tax Rental without kitchen - $25/hour plus tax **Hourly rentals have a 4 hr minimum. |

Cleaning Fee(s):
There is a $75 cleaning fee each for the Eddy main room and the Eddy kitchen (total of $150). This charge will be waived for the following:
The Eddy mainroom:
Cleaned except for mopping the floor. This includes any spills or food in or around the buffet counter. Porches must be left in the condition they were found. Brooms are located next to the bathrooms. Bathrooms just need a standard cleaning, nothing excessive. All trash is bagged and either placed in the on-site dumpster or left at the bottom of the stairs (inside the door).
The Eddy kitchen:
Cleaned except for mopping. Washed dishes/utensils/cookware may be left on drying rack to be put away. Used dishtowels placed in the kitchen sink.

Firefly fieldFirefly Field is located near the base of our zipline tower and is a large open field where groups can gather. This rental space includes two covered picnic areas, a large firepit, and a group sized grill. It is located right alongside our WASH building bathhouse in order to provide convenient access to restrooms, showers, and running water.
Daily Rentals: $80/day plus tax **All day rentals run from 8 am to 8 pm. Hourly Rentals: $10/hour plus tax **Hourly rentals have a 4 hr minimum. |
Parkside pavilionParkside Pavilion is located directly next to the on-site playground. This pavilion offers covered picnic tables, access to electric outlets, and group sized grill.
Daily Rentals: $100/day plus tax **All day rentals run from 8 am to 8 pm. Hourly Rentals: $12.50/hour plus tax **Hourly rentals have a 4 hr minimum. |
