Release Forms Available
Release of Liability (or Acknowledgement of Liability) forms are required for most river trips, as well as the zipline and climbing wall. They are not required for private boater shuttles.
These forms are also available to be filled out at the beginning of your trip.
Each person must have their own form
Persons under the age of 18 must have a parent or guardian sign their form (as the parent/guardian)
Persons under the age of 18 must also sign their form as the participant
We cannot accept modified forms
